Maternity Photography Lansing, MI // [E] Maternity
I am LOVE getting to do both maternity and newborn portraits for expecting couples! It is always such a fun experience to see the anticipation of waiting on a little one then to actually meet the little one a few short weeks later!
For [E]'s recent maternity session, I headed to Lansing's capitol to make for the perfect backdrop! This is a great location to shoot outdoor portraits. It is always a hit or miss with Michigan weather in the spring, because you never know when anything will start to bloom. Luckily, we had beautiful weather for her session and no snow! This unique, urban backdrop provided the perfect setting for her spring maternity session! We did not have to work with any dead grass/ trees in the background.

*Don't forget to book your due date asap! My schedule fills up quickly and I only reserve four due dates a month for newborn sessions! Maternity sessions need to be scheduled for between 32-35 weeks!
