Okemos, Michigan Newborn Photographer // [L] Newborn
This gorgeous, little girl rocked her newborn session! Although, she did hate me touching her fingers, she slept through her entire session! I thought for sure I would get at least one wide awake shot but Miss [L] had other (sleepy) plans.
I thought the story of the pink blanket she is pictured on was such a sweet story that I thought I would share! The pink blanket (pictured below) was originally made for Miss [L]'s Daddy by his Grandma! (This was before the doctor's office could tell you the baby's gender so every baby was a surprise.) Because her Daddy was a boy instead of a girl, the blanket was tucked away until a baby girl would be born in the family... All these years later and there is finally a little, baby girl in the family! Now Miss [L] has a brand new blanket made with love by her Great- Grandma! What a beautiful way to include her in the session!
